YOUR HOST
Previously, as a designer working for TripAdvisor, I helped people travel the world smarter and safer. Now, I've spent the last decade establishing myself as a whisky and spirits insider in Japan. Having worked in the bar industry on and off since 2019, my experience ranges from running a speakeasy in Meguro, working at a famous whisky bar in Ikebukuro, and curating a 5,000-bottle collection to blending and bottling my own whisky expressions. Most recently, I operated a whisky and cocktail bar with a Japanese botanical gin focus in Chigasaki, and I am currently running a Japanese-whisky-focused speakeasy in Shinjuku. I'm looking forward to sharing with you authentic, 100% distilled-in-Japan whiskies and spirits.
